Reformer Flow
The foundation of the Flexio method. Spring-loaded resistance, full-body sequencing, and precise cueing. Suitable for all levels once you have completed one intro session.
Four rooms. Ten instructors. A method that asks you to move with intention — and a schedule that gives you the space to do it.
“Pilates is not about how your body looks. It is about how precisely it moves, how quietly it recovers, and how honestly it tells you what it needs.”
Three reformer rooms, a mat studio, and a tower suite on West 14th. We keep the class sizes small, the equipment maintained, and the instruction specific. Every session is taught by someone who has practiced for years and teaches because they believe in the method — not because it's a side job.
Every class on the schedule is one of these six. Same instructors, same rooms, same structure every week.
The foundation of the Flexio method. Spring-loaded resistance, full-body sequencing, and precise cueing. Suitable for all levels once you have completed one intro session.
Classical mat work in the tradition of Joseph Pilates. No equipment, no shortcuts. A demanding practice that rewards consistency and builds the deep stabilisers most people never train.
The Cadillac is the most versatile piece of apparatus in the studio. This class uses the tower bar, roll-down bar, and trapeze to work spinal articulation, hip mobility, and overhead strength.
Ballet barre technique combined with Pilates principles. Small isometric movements, high repetition, and a standing series that targets the legs, glutes, and postural chain.
Your first session on the reformer. We cover the carriage, the springs, the footbar, and the straps — and you leave knowing how to use the machine safely and with intention.
Adapted reformer and mat work for all trimesters. Focuses on pelvic floor integrity, spinal support, and breath. Taught by a certified prenatal specialist. Clearance from your provider required.
Most of our instructors have taught here for three years or more. That isn't an accident — we pay them well, give them rooms they love, and don't reshuffle the schedule unless someone asks.

A converted loft on West 14th. Each room is designed for one kind of work and kept in the condition that work requires.
The main studio, on the ground floor. Eight Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers arranged in two rows, with enough space between each for the instructor to move freely. Polished concrete floor, high ceilings, and a wall of north-facing windows that keep the light even all day.
A bright, airy room on the first floor with a sprung hardwood floor and a full-length barre along the east wall. Used for Mat Pilates, Barre Fusion, and the occasional workshop. Natural light from two large east-facing windows.
A small, focused room under the skylight. Three Cadillac tables, a full prop library, and enough quiet to hear the springs. Used for Tower & Cadillac classes, private sessions, and rehabilitation work. Phones stay in the cubby by the door.
A single Gratz reformer, a Wunda chair, and a spine corrector in a quiet room at the back of the studio. Reserved exclusively for private and duet sessions. Booked by the hour through the front desk.
